How Booking Works

Four Steps, No Deposit Until You Confirm

  • You send the date. Plus the age of the guest of honour and roughly how many devices will join.
  • We confirm availability. Within one business day, with the exact price and the host who would run it.
  • A planning call. Fifteen minutes for Signature, thirty for Grand, to build the theme around your child.
  • A deposit secures it. A third up front, the balance the week before. Rescheduling is free with seven days notice.
If something goes wrong on the day. A producer is on the call for Signature and Grand packages specifically to handle it. If a technical fault on our side affects the event, we rerun it at no charge or refund in full, your choice.
