Free 14-day trial of the whole library, no card details needed
The terms on which we provide subscriptions and hosted events, written to be read rather than skipped.
These terms form an agreement between you and Ironborn Investments LLC, trading as Hudson`s Animations, of 6500 Lankershim Blvd, Unit 419, North Hollywood, CA 91606, USA. They apply when you use this website, hold a subscription or book a hosted event with us. You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter a contract to open an account.
We provide access to a library of children's entertainment and activity content, scheduled live sessions, downloadable activity materials, and separately bookable hosted virtual events. We are an entertainment and enrichment service. We are not a school, a childcare provider or a substitute for adult supervision, and we do not issue accredited qualifications.
New households may take one free trial of fourteen days. No payment details are required to begin it, and it therefore cannot convert into a charge automatically. We will email you two days before it ends. If you take no action, access simply pauses.
You may use our content for private, non-commercial enjoyment within your household, and you may print the activity materials for that purpose. You may not record, copy, redistribute, publicly perform, resell or make derivative works from our content, or circumvent any technical restriction. Group and classroom use requires a group licence, which we are happy to provide.
In live sessions and events, participants must behave respectfully towards hosts and other children. We may remove a participant who does not, without refund.
Where a child shares a project in a Creators Club studio, they and you keep ownership of it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to display it within the private space of the service. We will not publish a child's work publicly, use it in marketing or share it outside the service without separate written permission from the account holder.
We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and we may add, change or withdraw individual titles from the library over time. Where a scheduled live session is cancelled by us, we will offer an alternative date or a recording.
Some activities involve household materials such as scissors, glue and kitchen ingredients. They are designed to be carried out with adult supervision and it is your responsibility to provide it and to judge what is suitable for your child.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will give notice and an opportunity to put it right first. On closure, material created by your children stays available for ninety days.
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least thirty days before taking effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
Questions about these terms should go to [email protected]. We answer within one business day.
